Standard shipping:
Standard: Free for orders over $200, 13.50$ for orders under $200;
Express: $17 for all orders.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include your orders tracking ID. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include your orders tracking ID.
You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.
You can also track your order via the ‘My Account’ page. Simply log into your account and select the order you would like to track. Shipment details for each order will be provided.
If you cannot find your tracking code, please contact our customer service team.
We are happy to offer a return for a refund or credit note for return requests made within 7 DAYS of the order being delivered. Subject to the following requirements:
The return request must be made within 7 DAYS of the order being delivered.
Items purchased on sale or using a discount code (including any sale promotional code or flash sale code) are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases. Please note, first time purchases using the Welcome code are eligible for a full refund, subject to this Returns Policy.
The items must be returned in their original condition, with all the tags attached.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
Please ensure your return is valid, by reviewing our return policy above, before proceeding.
Submit your return here, using the details provided in within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. Please specify your name, order number and item/s to be returned (please check that your order is eligible - via our 'Returns Policy').
Parcels must be sent with a tracking number that needs to be provided to La Dolce Boutique once sent.
Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by La Dolce Boutique and will not be included in your refund.
La Dolce Boutique will review the return and if eligible (meets the return policy per category requirements below), your refund or exchange will be processed
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for refunds to be processed, once processed it may take an additional 3-5 business days for a refund to hit your account pending your payment method / financial institution.
La Dolce Boutique reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

TERMS
Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD).
Gift Cards for returns/exchanges will be valid for 3 years from date of return.
We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery to La Dolce Boutique.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. You can also pay via Paypal.
